Isuzu Trooper Repair

The Isuzu Trooper was introduced in 1984 with a 1.9L carbureted motor. In the next years new versions of the said engine was used. Troopers produced from '85-'91 belong to the first generation�while models produced after '92 are referred to as the second generation. Tires often get more repairs. For the first generation, a 32x11.5R15 tires match the car's dimensions and specs. Isuzu eight bolt front and ten bolt rear axles are used by '85-'87 models while a ten bolt front and twelve bolt rear is suited for '88-00 models. Second generation models can use the 285/75R16, 265/75R16 or 32x11.5R15. A limited slip rear differential is offered for some Troopers as designated by the G80 code on the engine and ID plate. Responsive crawl ratio of 41.0:1 can be achieved through the "Wide Tire Package" offered on some '88-'91 models. It featured a 4.77:1 axle gears paired with a manual transmission.
