Isuzu Trooper Problem
It may seem perfect but beneath are flaws that needs corrective measures. Consumer
reports and NHTSA recalls reveal problems for various Isuzu Trooper models. For 1992 to 1994 models,
defective keys, suspension, windows and camshaft plug need corrections. The ignition
key of 92 models is not easy to remove due to interference of the lens with the
car's shift cable.

Noticeable noise is given off by the suspension due to loose differential. The
fuse of the power windows, instrument panel and cruise control for 94 trims may
cause fire due to improper connection of the transmission's switch gear. Oil leakage
for 92-94 models may lead to fire caused by the separation of the camshaft plug
and cylinder head.
In a recall conducted by NHTSA for 96-97 models, damaged front brake line may
cause fuel leakage which can affect the car's performance and driving dynamics.
In 1998, transfer-gearbox nuts are not properly mounted causing the propeller
shaft to separate from its mother parts resulting to accidents and collisions.
Possible fuel leakage is the defect for 2000-2001 trims caused by loose engine
components installation.
