Isuzu Trooper Picture

Isuzu Trooper was formally introduced in 1984 equipped with a carbureted version of
the 1.9-liter Carbureted engine. The next years also use the same version until
1987. The first generation Troopers are produced from 1984-1991. Troopers produced
in the next years belong to the second generation. Troopers until 2000 can only
be used with a four-wheel drive but on the next productions, a two-wheel drive
version is available.
The second generation Troopers came out in March 1991 in base S and updated LS
models. A single-cam 3.2-liter V6 engine powered the base model producing 175-horsepower.
A twin version of the same engine is used by LS trim rated at 190 horsepower.
Standard for both is an antilock rear braking system coupled with optional four-wheel
ABS for LS. Both can make sue of standard 5-speed manual transmission and optional
four-speed automatic gear box.
Isuzu Trooper's features are suitable for on and off-road travels. Off-road,
drivers can easily shift between two and four-wheel drive without affecting the
car's speed. Responsive steering and handling makes city and highway use a totally
hassle-free and relaxing drive. With a capacity of seven passengers, interior
features can be adjusted to handle added items and cargoes.
