Isuzu Trooper is a four-door Sport Utility Vehicle available in base S and sporty LS trims. S is powered by a 3.2-liter V6 engine that can produce a maximum of 175 horsepower. A standard twin-cam version of the same engine rated at 190 horsepower is used by LS. Both trims come with a standard antilock rear brakes and five-speed manual transmission. Optional is a four wheel Anti-Braking System paired with a floor-mounted transfer case lever and automatic-locking hubs.
